This text addresses the needs of HRM students writing either a management report or dissertation, providing both a theoretical framework and practical guidance. It seeks to develop the knowledge and skills of first-time researchers for effective research into HRM issues in organisations. "Research Methods in Human Resource Management" is practically orientated but discussion of conceptual frameworks and different methodological traditions are included.
